Track my order

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it’s on its way. In that email, you will find your track and trace information.
In case you did not receive the email with track and trace, or if you are experiencing any problem, please email europe@karunworld.com

I did not receive my package, what can I do?

In case the carrier does not succeed in delivering the item to you because you weren't at home, please try reaching the carrier via email and/or telephone. In most of the cases they will give it a second try or offer you to pick up the package at the closest pick-up station. If the carrier eventually ships the item back to us, and you still want to get the sunglasses, you'll have to pay again for the shipping costs. Otherwise we'll refund the full amount without the original shipment costs.

How much is shipping

Looking to go towards free shipping in the future, we are currently charging you a shipping cost that accounts for 50% of the carrier price. The rest is on us.
