What is your return policy?

If you would like to return your Karün eyewear after purchase, please contact us at europe@karunworld.com within 14 business days from receiving the order. Returns are asked to be shipped to our Swedish office. Returned items must be new and with no sign of use. We will refund the order amount of accepted returns after receiving the returned package. The return shipping cost is not refundable.


What is your warranty policy?

If you are not satisfied with our product once you receive it, or if you have problems due to manufacturing defects you may return it to us for repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to its use will be repaired at a reasonable charge. Any complaint must be submitted via e-mail to europe@karunworld.com or contacting us directly through our website.
Do not send your products to our distributors, as they do not offer the warranty service.
If your Karün Eyewear has met its end of life, please contact us about depositing the broken pair for recycling. We will grant you a 25% discount on a new purchase for your contribution.

Taxes & Import Fees

Will you charge me extra taxes or import fees?

We are not responsible for any action taken by customs as, unfortunately, we have no control over this. The client is responsible for customs charges that may apply to the shipment. Customs determines these costs and Karün has no manner of anticipating what these may be. For more information, please visit your local customs service.
