If you are not satisfied with our product once you receive it, or if you have problems due to manufacturing defects you may return it to us for repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to its use will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
Any complaint must be submitted via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or contacting us directly through our website. Do not send your products to our distributors, as they do not offer the warranty service.
We are not responsible for any action taken by customs as, unfortunately, we have no control over this. The client is responsible for customs charges that may apply to the shipment. Customs determines these costs and Karün has no manner of anticipating what these may be.
