What is your return policy?

We are not yet offering return solutions. In case you need to return the package to us, for any reason, we invite you to take contact with europe@karunworld.com in order to ensure a smooth & rapid process.


Warranty policies

If you are not satisfied with our product once you receive it, or if you have problems due to manufacturing defects you may return it to us for repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to its use will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
Any complaint must be submitted via e-mail to europe@karunworld.com or contacting us directly through our website. Do not send your products to our distributors, as they do not offer the warranty service.

Taxes & Import Fees

Will you charge me extra taxes or import fees?

We are not responsible for any action taken by customs as, unfortunately, we have no control over this. The client is responsible for customs charges that may apply to the shipment. Customs determines these costs and Karün has no manner of anticipating what these may be.
